Please join us for a special event on Tuesday 1 December 7-8pm to celebrate Giving Tuesday, a global day of generosity and giving. Award winning author and sought after speaker, Kim Chandler McDonald, will be in conversation with Andrew Everingham, Founder of Sydney Homeless Connect, together with Siobhan Bryson, CEO of Weave Youth and Community Services, recipient of IMPACT100 Sydney North’s 2020 Primary Grant to support their Domestic Violence Program. A highlight will be hearing about Kim’s act of giving and labour of love for Lou’s Place, another 2020 IMPACT100 Sydney North Grant Recipient, and Sydney’s only daytime refuge for women. To mark their 21st anniversary, Kim has compiled “Postcards from Tomorrow”, with all proceeds donated to Lou’s Place.
