Thank you to everyone who attended our 2020 Virtual Grants Celebration. We’re grateful for the lovely feedback and delighted people enjoyed it as much as we did, and were moved and inspired by the presentations of our outstanding Finalists. Congratulations to Weave Youth & Community Services, the Primary Recipient of our Special COVID-19 Grants, receiving $50,000.
Congratulations also to the other three Finalists who were awarded $20,000 each – Asylum Seekers Centre, Lou’s Place and StreetWork. We’re very excited, for the first time, to be able to award $5,000 Special Grants to each of our four Semi-finalists – Dandelion Support Network, Jesuit Refugee Service, Phoenix House Youth Services and Taldumande Youth Services.
All our Special Grants were untied, we simply asked charities what they needed.
We pay tribute to each and every not-for-profit at front line of helping vulnerable children, young people and families. Thank you to IMPACT100 Sydney North members, whose compassion and generosity make these grants possible.
