Who
100 + members donate $1,000. Each have 1 vote to decide where to give $100,000. We are a group of like-minded people who want to make a positive difference but may not have the individual capacity to make very large gifts.
What
IMPACT100 Sydney North is a sub-fund of Australian Communities Foundation (ACF) so all donations are fully tax-deductible and the whole $1,000 donation goes directly towards the grants.
Where
We give to charities in the Greater Sydney region. While many of our members live in Sydney’s north, we have members throughout NSW as well as interstate. Everyone is welcome to join.
Why
The Impact model solves the problems holding many back from giving –

Working collaboratively, we research and select charities, giving members choice and involvement. We work with grant recipients allowing members to see close-up the results of their giving. We pool our donations so collectively our money has more impact.
